About Chef Jackson
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Chef Jackson’s culinary roots trace back to his grandparents' kitchen, where the foundation of his passion was lovingly laid. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he served as a Food Service Specialist, carrying with him the values of honor, courage, and commitment both in service and in the kitchen.

After an honorable injury in the line of duty, Chef Jackson transitioned into the heart of Los Angeles' culinary scene, working alongside renowned chefs in prestigious kitchens, including Wolfgang Puck’s team at Netflix and Apple, Patina Catering at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Disney Studios, NBC Universal, and more.

With every plate, Chef Jackson brings not just technical excellence but heartfelt joy driven by his unwavering love for cooking and a mission to create meaningful, memorable dining experiences through The Jackson Experience
